The Erasmus+ Youth Workers Mobility Project (KA151) is seeking international partners for activities to be carried out in 2026.
Sorgun Youth Association (SORGED) is currently looking for Italian partner organizations within the framework of our Erasmus+ Youth Workers Mobility Project (KA151), officially approved by the Turkish National Agency.
Activity:
Study Visit in Italy – May 2026
Main focus areas:
Civil protection & disaster risk management
Risk assessment and prevention strategies
Climate change adaptation
Environmental sustainability
Integration of academic knowledge into practice
Target group:
Youth workers, experts from public institutions, and academicians working in disaster management, environmental engineering, and risk analysis.
Purpose of the study visit:
We aim to learn from Italian organizations working in civil protection and disaster management, especially those combining academic expertise with practical implementation. The visit will focus on:
Understanding organizational structures and expert networks
Exploring risk analysis methodologies
Learning about training programmes for professionals and volunteers
Exchanging good practices
Identifying transferable models for Türkiye
What we expect from partners:
Hosting a 6 day study visit programme
Organizing workshops, presentations, and field visits
Sharing expertise and good practices
Supporting coordination and logistics
