Partner search from EU countries - Ka152 – Recognize disinformation, strengthen civic engagement

Ka 152 - Educating youth to use technology reasonably, recognize disinformation and strengthen civic engagement.

!Email Subject : Ka152 – Recognize disinformation, strengthen civic engagement !

The project aims to increase the youth’s level of
media literacy and productive usage of
gadgets, as well as strengthen their critical
thinking skills to be able to distinguish between
real and fake news. The main objective of the
project is to equip young people with tools,
which help them navigate through information
in the digital space without falling victim to
disinformation.
The relevance of the project is driven by the
increasing usage of informational campaigns in
the modern political climate, which can often
shape young people’s values and leave them
vulnerable to propaganda and disinformation.

                                                 The youth
exchange targets young people aged 18-30,
special attention is given to individuals who
struggle with finding reliable sources and are
motivated to use technology responsibly.
Through non-formal education methods,
interactive workshops, group work, simulations,

and practical exercises, participants will explore
how disinformation spreads, why fact-checking
is important, and how AI-generated content can
mislead audiences.
Participants will gain practical knowledge about
how to find reliable information and double-
check sources, learn to recognize logical
fallacies, notice manipulative messages, and
engage in group activities, where they will learn
to spot differences between AI-generated videos
and real ones. By learning about participating
countries’ experiences and fact-checking tools,
they will become more engaged in their
countries’ civic life and understand the societal
and democratic importance of media literacy.
Finally, they will gain greater awareness of their
own digital habits and the role of responsible
technology use in everyday life.
The project aligns with the priorities of
Erasmus+ KA152, such as: digital
transformation, civic engagement, and youth
development.
