Actina is based in Xanthi, in the East Macedonia and Thrace region of Greece. We work on youth empowerment, social development and the green transition. Over 20+ years we have delivered European projects across Interreg, URBACT and Creative Europe, covering the full project cycle — design, coordination, implementation, evaluation and dissemination. We are still building our Erasmus+ track record, with two approved projects to date.

What we bring

* Coordination of the partnership, including reporting and the administrative load
* Project design and application writing, already well advanced
* Long experience of European project delivery and dissemination
* A strong local base in a region where the project's theme is lived rather than abstract
* Realistic scoping — we would rather run a small thing properly than promise a large one

What we're looking for

Two partners in two different countries for an 18-month Small-scale Partnership with young people aged 18–30, on climate distress and community action.

Each partner would:

* work with around 20 young people in its own region
* host local activities and adapt the shared method into its own language and context
* take part in one joint transnational training event
contribute to dissemination in its own country

We are interested in organisations rooted in their local communities, working in youth participation, environment, emotional wellbeing, non-formal learning or creative practice. Psychosocial or mental-health competence is more valuable to us than geography — if you have a qualified person able to supervise work touching on emotional wellbeing with young people, tell us, because that is the capacity we most need alongside our own.
