ANALOG (Erasmus+ KA210, Adult Education, 18 months) helps adults with fewer opportunities build resilience against the isolation, inactivity and screen-dependency that climate-driven indoor time creates. As extreme weather pushes people indoors, sedentary and screen-heavy habits set in and stay. ANALOG treats rest, attention, non-digital skills and climate-adapted daily life as learnable competences, delivered through low-cost, community-based, non-formal learning. Its calm-technology principle: any digital tool exists to send adults offline, never to replace analog life. Together we will co-create openly licensed learning resources and pilot them across contrasting European climate zones. Coordinated by Actina (Mediterranean-heat region).

We are looking for grassroots adult-education or community organisations with strong reach into adults with fewer opportunities, ready to co-design, pilot in their region, train a small facilitator cohort and host one local multiplier event. We welcome a partner in a contrasting climate context (northern / cold-snap / dark-winter setting) to prove the model transfers across climate zones, and organisations with non-clinical well-being expertise. Newcomers to Erasmus+ are warmly welcome.

Actina is based in Xanthi, in the East Macedonia and Thrace region of Greece. We work on youth empowerment, social development and the green transition. Over 20+ years we have delivered European projects across Interreg, URBACT and Creative Europe, covering the full project cycle — design, coordination, implementation, evaluation and dissemination. We are still building our Erasmus+ track record, with two approved projects to date.
