4C Lab is a newly established consulting and training center founded in 2025 by three partners with more than ten years of experience in higher education, professional training, non-formal education, Erasmus+ and youth development. Built on a strong commitment to empowering learners and bridging skill gaps, 4C Lab aims to provide high-quality, market-driven training programs that enhance employability and foster professional growth.
Our center offers a diverse portfolio of in-demand professional training courses that respond to current labor market needs. These include programs in digital marketing, marketing strategy, branding, market research, and a wide range of marketing-related competencies. In addition, 4C Lab provides training in information technology, artificial intelligence, and language learning, enabling participants to acquire both technical and communication skills essential for today’s competitive environment.
4C Lab is committed to creating an engaging, innovative, and learner-centered training experience. Through practical workshops, real-world projects, and expert-led sessions, we support young professionals, students, and jobseekers in developing the skills they need to succeed.
The center is present on major social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with its community, share learning opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous development.
4C Lab is actively developing its international dimension by engaging in EU-related activities, especially in the fields of youth empowerment, digital skills development, employability, and education innovation. The founders of the center have experience in organizing training sessions, workshops, seminars, and capacity-building activities involving young learners, jobseekers, and professionals.
The founders are familiar with EU priorities such as digital transformation, inclusion, entrepreneurship, green skills, and gender equality. They also have solid experience working with young people in non-formal education contexts, career guidance, soft-skills development, and project-based learning.
4C Lab is currently building partnerships to participate in Erasmus+ projects under Youth, VET, Adult Education, and Cooperation Partnerships, with the aim of contributing expertise in training design, content creation, digital learning, and community engagement.
