Partner Call: KA152 Youth Exchange in Italy (March 2027) | 1 October Deadline

We are finalizing our Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project application for the October 1st deadline through the Turkish National Agency (TR01) and are currently selecting our Sending Partners. 
Project Title: Vital Soil, Vital Soul 
Theme: Preventive medicine, eco-farming, sedentary lifestyle prevention, and digital well-being 
Activity Dates: March 7 – March 15, 2027 (including travel days) 
Venue: Italy (Eco-farm + city study visit) 
Your Role (Sending Partner): Sending 7 youth participants (ages 18–30) + 1 group leader, facilitating one interactive workshop during the exchange, and assisting in local dissemination. 
Finances: 100% covered under Erasmus+ unit costs (accommodation, meals, travel grant based on the distance calculator). 
Since the submission deadline is approaching, we require our partners to confirm quickly and provide their OID, PIF (Partner Identification Form), and mandate.
