Parkour 4 Community, Digital Literacy and Environmental Awareness

Project uses parkour’s dynamic nature to promote value ed., environmental awareness&digital skills among young athletes through sport organisations' cooperation

Our project, titled "Parkour for Community, Digital Literacy, and Environmental Awareness", aims to harness the inclusive and dynamic nature of parkour to promote social values, environmental awareness, and digital competencies among young athletes and sports enthusiasts.
As the only local leader in parkour sports in Şile, Istanbul, our club seeks to:
• Enhance inclusion by connecting amateur and professional athletes across Europe, fostering intercultural exchange and shared learning.
• Promote environmental awareness through outdoor training, advocating for sustainable urban spaces and eco-friendly sports practices.
• Strengthen digital literacy by using online platforms for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaborative skill development within the parkour community.
• Develop values education by integrating ethics, resilience, teamwork, and fair play into parkour training.
By learning from successful parkour initiatives across Europe, we will exchange best practices, build a transnational network, and empower individuals through the unifying power of movement, discipline, and shared values.
Our project, within the framework of Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnerships, aspires to establish innovative, inclusive, and sustainable collaborations in the fields of sports, education, and youth.
