Parenthood + Work = Balance

Participants’ age from 20 to 25, 9 participants + 1 leader (6 countries). Project about connecting parenthood and working. We will discover how to manage time, better prioritise, and how to deal with difficult emotions by learning some techniques for achieving inner peace. We will develop empathy through simulations and role plays. We will discover numerous family shapes and sizes. We will feel how it's like to be a parent at work. We will collaborate with some local organisations which support parents and learn about the power of words. We will also better understand parents’ point of view by facing some difficult situations throughout the project in a safe and controlled environment.
We are looking for participants who want to be parents in future and actively work all this time. Advantages taken under consideration also are ideas of interesting activities due to the project.
