PARENT EDUCATION of 7-18 AGE STUDENTS

Nowadays my institution ( Directorate of National Education) is working on a Project in my city which is about parent education of 7-18 age students. As it is known, we, teachers cant put the students’ level up just by ourselves. Because at school, we dont have much time and we cant deal with every student very well as there are so many students at schools. So, it is sometimes very difficult for us to control if the students are doing their homework, if they study at home, if they have good friendships, if they have negative sides, … or not. That’s why we wanted to make a Project about Parent Education in order to cooperate with the parents. Without parents’ help, it is very difficult to educate the students well. As long as we cooperate with the parents, we can be aware of every step of the students. Parents learn what their kids are doing at school with the help of us( teachers) and we, teachers learn what the students are doing at home and outside with the help of their parents without students’ knowing. By being like this, we will prevent negative things that the students face or will face. At the end we aim to have successful, well behaved and morally upright students, generation. Thats why, we wanted to focus on parents and cooperate with them.
