The project is a KA 122 VET and includes the training internship of 16 young people (18-40) in the social, health and assistance sector.
The first objective of the project is to internationalize and enhance the profile of social and healthcare workers
through internships in Europe and investment in
language skills, facilitating worker mobility.
The second objective is to equip current and future social professionals with innovative methods and tools (e.g., digital, psychomotor) to meet the ever-evolving demand for personal services.
We need a hosting partner that can host 8 interns for a period of 4 to 6 months, and provide a sort of personalized tutoring to identify places where they can do practice and internships or organizations that can organize training courses related to the social, health and assistance sector.
During these mobilities, newly graduated and newly qualified learners will be able to experience, at
the host companies, the tools implemented to respond to the increasingly pressing demand for social
services, integrated with a digital focus. Both hosing organization have developed interesting
practices for integrating care and educational services provided with new technologies (such as the
creation of digital platforms for interaction with clients and families, the use of mobile devices and
dedicated apps). Likewise, both hosts employ experts in psychomotor skills, a skill highly sought
after in the job market, allowing our learners to experience its benefits.
