P.E.A.C.E Personal education through activity, creativity and exchange vol.2

The goal of our project is to make the chance to
youngsters to be involved more in volunteering
projects, promoting citizenship, Erasmus+ values
and local development. We’ d like to empower
youngsters and also territories where they will act.
Several activities of the project will take place in
rural areas or small cities in order to boost those
territories and give the opportunity to the populations
living there, particularly youngsters, to be in contact
with young strangers and develop their openness to
the world and their will to move and discover it.
Our second guiding theme for PEACE project is to
involve youngsters with fewer opportunities in it.
Indeed this public often face difficulties to go abroad
even to go on EVS, an action supposed to be open
to all youngsters. We are also convinced that
mobility and especially EVS can be a great tool for
inclusion and be a true asset for them, that’s why we
wish to give them the opportunity to commit
themselves in this voluntary programme.

From our experience volunteering has huge benefit for

both- volunteers and locals.

Target group: All youngsters between 17 and 30 but
we’d like to emphasize that from our side we mainly
send youngsters /mostly 17-23/ with fewer

opportunities: youth from small villages, with low self-
esteem, who face social and economic difficulties and

usually their level of English is not very high. However
they are mostly active as a volunteers in our
foundation /on local level/
We plan to organise APV meeting in each country:
in May 2018, March 2019
We emphasize also on the fact that our hosting project
in Leszno, Poland include volunteers with fewer
opportunities but other volunteers as well.
Duration of the activities: between 1 and 2 months
Number of volunteers involved: 32 /16 for activity in
Poland, 16 for activities abroad/
Number of partners: 8
Sending costs:
The sending organisation receives 8% of the hosting
subsidy per month. In this project the hosting subsidy
is 43,20 € per month/per volunteer
We divide sending costs:
3% for recruitment and pre-dep, CIGNA (we need
photos from TC)
2% being in touch with volunteer
3% evaluation meeting and dissemination (We need
photos,if possible + necessary proof of visibility -
screen shots from facebook, www, etc.),testimonials.
