The project aims to foster the action of youth organisations, discussing, developping and evaluating various tools to ensure quality, stability, sustainability and visibility in projects and programs. The main focus will be on the use of ICT for organisational management, in its different aspects.
The participants will thus receive training on:
- knowledge and information management
- marketing and PR
- human resources management (including self-management)
- tools for training

Dates of the activities: 28.10 – 03.11.2013
Venue: Delft, The Netherlands

Profile of the partners: The project will involve preferably youth NGOs who are national branches
of international umbrella bodies/networks or local branches of national organisations. Only
applicants who are legal entities and legally registered in one of the Programme Countries shall be eligible as partners.

Profile of the participants: Each partner should ensure the participation of at least 2 (max.4)
volunteers/youth workers, who will be the beneficiaries of the training programme and the
promoters of the project within their organisations. In order to ensure a fruitful exchange of knowledge and the sustainability of the project, the participants should have already a certain
degree of experience in youth field, know the structure and the activities of their organisations and be able to influence their strategic development (eg. board members or highly involved volunteers).

Which costs we cover?
According with Youth in Action Program, we will cover:
- 100% of the program costs
- 100% of the accommodation and food costs
- 70% of the travel costs of all the participants
