Organic Farming in Permaculture

Placed in Colares, Sintra, in a community with a growing awerness related to enviromental issues, Quinta dos 7 Nomes aims to teach sustanability, not only through organic farming in Permaculture, but also making a connection between the coop and the community, spreading the tools needed for a more sustainable life.
By receiving two volunteers for 6 months, young people with environmental awarness, working ability and will to learn about life in a farm, in Quinta dos 7 Nomes we believe we can provide practical knowledge in organic farming in permaculture, renewable energy and bioconstruction, tools they will carry with them and share with their own community, creating new niches of sustainability.
