Cazalla Intercultural is open to being a partner in KA2 small and large scale. In the last 10 years we have been coordinators and partners of nearly 40 KA2 projects. Our team consists of a group of coordinators and trainers who deliver courses each year on a variety of topics including: anti-discrimination, hate speech, inclusion, gender equality, sustainability, youth participation, digitalisation and gamification, human rights, global education and more. In addition, we have experience in developing online courses and run our own MOOC platform (www.youth-mooc.eu).
OUR AREAS OF WORK:
- Education and training: Cazalla Intercultural offers each year a series of training programmes aimed at developing the competencies of trainers in non-formal education, intercultural learning, human rights education, anti-discrimination and hate speech, Inclusion, Gender equality and GBV, Global education, Digitalization, Sustainability, Youth participation, Competence development. We are authors of numerous manuals and online courses. In 2019 Cazalla has created the MOOC platform in order to offer free online courses for youth workers, teachers, trainers, educators and activists, although anyone interested can participate. For today we offer more than 17 courses in English and Spanish.
- Social inclusion and youth participation: Cazalla Intercultural implements a social inclusion programme through educational and training activities focused on young migrants. This programme runs in parallel with the volunteer work programme where the aim is to involve as many people as possible in the implementation of volunteer activities and participation in the regular activities of the organisation and its partners.
- Youth Information: Cazalla Intercultural functions as a youth information point and EURODESK at national and European level offering relevant and up-to-date information to young people about personal and professional development opportunities (youth exchanges, volunteering services, mobility programmes, training and scholarships).
- Youth and Cultural Diversity Office: Cazalla Intercultural implements and organises projects, activities and events focused on social inclusion, intercultural mediation, research about the situation and needs coming from the relationship between immigrants and autochthones, the creation of national and international projects with special attention to migration and interculturality, reinforcement classes for children, intercultural awareness programmes in schools and courses on various aspects of immigration for young people and youth workers.

We have Erasmus+ accreditation for
KA1 projects and quality label for ESC and Humanitarian Aid.
