The training course theme aims to empower organizations to create appropriate tools in combating social exclusion, promoting a more active way of the integration of young people in society.
We all want to do an effective job and get good results in a creative and innovative way!
For that, this "Open door through Erasmus+" training, intends to bring together project managers, youth leaders and youth workers from NGOs to increase knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to better plan, organize and execute Erasmus+ YiA Programme projects;
Aims
The main aims of the training course:
- Motivate project managers, youth leaders and youth workers in rural areas, urban problem zones or geographically isolated areas to support youngsters to be informed and actively involve with Erasmus+ YiA Programme;
- Motivate to support young people informing and involving them actively in the Erasmus+ YiA Programme;
- Help them discover the Erasmus+ YiA Programme and the possibilities that exist to integrate in various kinds of projects.
- How to motivate youth to take a more active role in their community learning and sharing tools and ideas.
- Explore the power of non-formal learning and Youthpass developing experience, knowledge, skill and attitude;
- Be aware of the importance of cultural diversity at local, regional and international level
- Building partnerships;
- Get new ideas for projects with strong partnerships;
After completion of this training, participants will contribute to the development of their local community as to the region as well, through direct impact on youth in their work.
