Call for Partners: Non-Formal Education from Theory to Praxis – Erasmus+ Training Course

We are looking for partners from EU countries to join our Erasmus+ Training Course: “Non-formal Facilitation Academy”, designed to strengthen the competences of youth workers in non-formal education (NFE) and experiential learning.

Provisional Dates: October/November 2025
Duration: 6 learning days + 2 travel days
Target Group: Youth workers, trainers, educators (20+ years old)

Why This Project?
The quality of youth work has declined due to the pandemic, economic challenges, and the influx of new youth workers with limited experience. Project Aims & Objectives:
- Build a network of skilled youth workers to create impactful learning experiences.
- Strengthen NFE competences in facilitation, program design, and civic engagement.
- Provide practical training on methodologies (experiential learning, facilitation techniques, ERASMUS+ tools).
- Develop hands-on activities and allow participants to test new learning methods.
- Foster cross-border cooperation and exchange of best practices.

Who Can Join?
- NGOs, youth organizations, and informal groups working in youth development, civic engagement, and NFE.
- Organizations interested in capacity building for their staff and youth workers.
- Partners willing to select and send 3 youth workers to the training.
