“One nation – many identities” - coexistence of different ethnic or religious groups in a same community

Promoting tolerance among different "identity" groups (ethnical, religious, cultural) from same societies - project with both majority and minority groups

We would like to invite the organizations in the project called "One Nation - Many Identities" where the partner countries will be presented by both majority and minority groups (ethnical, religious, cultural) to promote the inter-cultural dialogue in the regard of this diversity in international terms based on peer-learning and share of experience among participants from different countries.

The project has the following objectives:
- Promote intercultural dialogue among the citizens of the same country with different identities (based on their ethnicity / religion / cultura)
- Share the experience between citizens of different countries with the background of being minority (either in terms of religion or ethnicity within their own countries)
o Share the experience of integration of those groups with the rest of the society
o Share the experience related to the challenges related to being member of minority group in particular countries
o Share the experience – how the challenges related to being member of minority group in particular cases have been/is being solved
o Based on shared information elaborate on potential solutions for particular challenges the ethnical/religious/cultural minorities are facing in specific cases
- Increasing the awareness about each-other’s culture and characteristics
- Supporting the sense of tolerance among the participants and the corresponding groups
