Partner with OCTAER to tap into a network of 79 municipalities. We facilitate stakeholder engagement, bridge culture, education, and support territorial scaling
OCTAER: Your Strategic Connector for Cultural & Creative Ecosystems
OCTAER – Observatory for Culture, Tourism and Audiovisual – seeks European partnerships to co-design innovative cooperation models. We act as a territorial hub and facilitator within the Emilia-Romagna region, a "Strong Innovator" and Italian leader in Gender Equality (IGEI 2024).
Our Facilitation Model:
We serve as a bridge between diverse sectors—culture, education, tech, and policy—using a Quadruple Helix framework. By leveraging our established relations with 79 Municipalities and 150+ creative entities, we facilitate the translation of territorial needs into viable European project actions.
What We Bring to Your Consortium:
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: We bridge the gap between international consortia and local actors, facilitating dialogue, gathering territorial needs, and identifying potential pathways for pilot replication.
Territorial Insights: We provide deep analysis of the regional context (urban, rural, and mountain areas) to ensure project outputs are grounded in real-world challenges.
Specialized Support Units: Access to Octa-EUR (strategic project design & administrative facilitation) and Octa Net (mapping of professional skills and creative competencies).
Scientific Validation: Our independent Scientific Technical Committee (CTS) supports the assessment of territorial impact, providing high-quality feedback for project results.
Regional Economic Hub: We operate within an €8.2 billion cultural ecosystem, acting as a catalyst for creative entrepreneurship and sustainable territorial development.
Preferred Actions: Erasmus+ (KA220, KA154), Creative Europe, CERV, and Interreg.
