Is your foundation deeply involving youth in its activities? In which way? How did you manage to involve them? Share with us your tools, ideas and approaches and together we will work better, fitting and fulfilling the needs of youth.
We are a young organization interested in attracting youth to be engaged in the local activities and help in developing the local society according to their needs. If you are in the same conditions, or if you have experience in this field, this project needs you.
Our seminar will be planned in simultaneous with our partners, who will have a decisive participation in this project. It means we have some

ideas to implement, but we expect you to be involved on them in order to get a much greater seminar, good for all of us.

What we will do...
This will be a 7 days seminar,based upon non-formal education tools and methods, during which we will:
* Learn and share how to better develop young foundations and,
- Discuss efficient local activities which involve youth;
- Reflect how to involve and encourage youth participation in the local community (through foundational participation) and, by consequence
-How to take their participation to international level.

Goals of the seminar:
- Share tools and approaches which will help us to know the local needs;
- Identify the conditions and parameters which can createa propitious environment to work with youth and engage them;
- Identify the kind of activities which engage youth the most;
- Share good practices at national level which can be also implemented at international level;
- Get to different kind of recognitions which can be developed and implemented;
- Get to strategies and projects which can be implemented from non-formal education into formal education context.

Method of work:
The seminar will be based upon non-formal education methods, such as group discussions, reflections, feedback and report of what have been discussed.

NGOs profile
In this seminar everyone is welcome to participate with us, if you want to share ideas with all the partners. we look for different kind of partners, developing different activities, from the most diverse background we can get. Our partnership will be build upon a mix of experiences, in a way that the most experienced NGOs will be able to share their good practices and experiences with the less experienced one. These last one, will be welcome to share their ideas and vision about youth work as well as learn, in a team group context. All together, we will have the opportunity to get knowledge and ideas, as well as establish good partnerships and develop activities for the future.

Participants profile
We look for participants with local background in youth work able to recognize their needs and expectations.

Our team:
Even though our foundation Arena i Swiat was recently established, we have a trained and experienced team ready and excited to work with you.
One of the trainers is Marta Grzesko-Nyczka, a polish trainer who has been involved and developing Erasmus+ projects for many years. Amr Arafa is our Egyptian trainer, with experience in developing and projecting seminars and training courses, who have done already his two EVS in Poland and France.
Our coordinator is a Portuguese girl, Mara Rodrigues, who has been working in Erasmus+ projects - coordinating and training - for three years now. She has also done her short-term EVS in Poland, in 2014. Their work in based on international understanding, respect and support. Feel free to join a happy and energetic team, ready to develop more and more in matter of youth work in organizations (thought international cooperation).
