NonFormal Education

During this project, participants will share ideas, practices and experiences regarding non-formal education and will put in practice the methods they experienced previously in the local community through shows, performances or other type of interactive activities. Also, they will have the opportunity to develop their own NF educational methods and to implement them among different groups of youth. Also, during the project, participants will be able to identify network activities and projects that can be developed collaboratively.

Objectives:
- the participants will gain new knowledge on NFE features and regarding the differences and similarities between the three types of learning (formal, non-formal and informal education) and how non-formal methods facilitate learning.
- the participants will develop their skills in implementing NFE methods in groups of youth people and will have the opportunity to develop their own NF educational methods;
- the participants will develop empathy regarding young people with fewer opportunities, will gain compassion and desire for involvement in improving their lives.

Participants:
Persons interested in non-formal learning: practitioners, trainers, facilitators, teachers, educators, support staff, volunteers, representatives coming from adult education, formal education (school or university) or vocational training.
Participants are expected to be:
- motivated and open to experiment interactive learning methods and tools as well as to share them through performances in Alba community in the last days of the event
- engaged throughout entire period of the event
- able to put in practice and share the experience and methods acquired in their local community on their return;
