No Young Person Left Behind!

Hence, we propose to:
1. Increase the understanding about social inclusion of the 29 youth workers during the 9 mobility days by promoting volunteering, Erasmus+ and ESC as tools for inclusion and participation of the youth;

2. Empower local youth to integrate in the communities by improving the communication competences of the 29 youth workers during the 9 mobility days and equip them with digital tools and communication understanding in order to further promote and sustain the youth in the integration process;

3. Develop a common perspective within the 9 NGOs about mentorship by sharing good practices, examples, solutions during the mobility days and create a 'Mentors’ guideline' in the first 2 months after the mobility.

4. Build partnerships within the 9 partner NGOs during the 15 months duration of the project by creating an online HUB (Mentors’ HUB) gathering international mentors of young people in NGOs and develop minimum 2 common projects until 2023.
