KA153 Project: Mobility of Youth Workers on Best Practices and Non-Formal Education Techniques

This project empowers youth workers through mobility and knowledge exchange, enhancing non-formal education (NFE) practices to address youth needs across Europe.
Objectives. The primary objectives of this project include:
1. Best practices: Promoting the exchange of successful methodologies among youth workers to enhance the quality and impact of non-formal education programs.
2. Skill development: Equipping youth workers with innovative tools and techniques to engage and empower young people effectively.
3. Cultural exchange: Encouraging cross-cultural learning and understanding among youth workers from different backgrounds, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
4. Sustainability: Ensuring the long-term application of learned techniques through follow-up activities and the creation of adaptable resources.

The project incorporates a variety of dynamic activities, including:
