Next-Gen Mentorship Program

Next-Gen Mentorship Program brings together the Boğaziçi University students who study 3rd or 4th grade and fresh graduates with alumni who work in various sectors. Each mentor has one or more than one mentee and they keep in touch via face-to-face meetings or online tools. In this way, the mentors share their experience in business life with mentees and the mentees have the chance to shape their future with the help of the mentors. It is designed to develop the 21st century soft-skills of employee candidates in addition to their academic background. The program lasts a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 8 months.
At the beginning of the program, a personality test is applied to the mentees to find the most suitable mentors. In order to see the effects of the program, a re-evaluation test is conducted to the mentees at the end of the program. In this program, there are four main training titles as Critical Thinking, Resilience, Agility, etc. for mentees. The mentees will be able to develop their competencies required for business life by having these trainings. There are also coaching training and mentor networking events for mentors.
In short, we aim to contribute to the education and development of mentees with the Next-Gen Mentorship Program. At the same time, we aim to help companies discover the talents thanks to this program.
