NEW PARTNERS NEEDED

Our three Youth Exchange projects aim to include young people with fewer opportunities, particularly those from low-income families, rural or disadvantaged communities, girls facing gender-related barriers, and young people with limited access to international mobility, digital resources or non-formal education. We will work closely with partner organisations to identify participants' individual needs and remove barriers to participation. Support measures will include accessible information, individual guidance, language assistance, preparatory meetings, travel support, inclusive accommodation and adapted learning materials where necessary. Particular attention will be given to creating safe and inclusive environments that encourage girls' participation, equal representation and active involvement in all project activities. Participants will receive mentoring throughout the preparation, implementation and follow-up phases. Activities will be adapted to different learning needs and designed to ensure that every young person can contribute meaningfully regardless of their social, economic, geographical or educational background.
