The project deals with the training of sleep, a factor that has long been overlooked in the field of sports science. Sleep seems to be the factor that plays the biggest key role in recovery and full performance of the athlete by sports scientists (Chandrasekaran et al.,2020). However, the literature still highlights the lack of knowledge in this area (Halson, 2019).
