NeuroAI

NeuroAI empowers YW to design inclusive, neurodiversity-aware activities using AI ethically to reduce barriers, increase participation, and improve YW quality.

NeuroAI is an international training mobility for youth workers that responds to the growing need for more inclusive, accessible, and ethically grounded youth work in the context of neurodiversity and digital transformation.
The project is looking for partner organisations that are active in the youth work field and have direct experience working with neurodivergent young people, including youth with ADHD, autism spectrum profiles, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory sensitivities, or other cognitive differences. Organisations working in community youth work, education, inclusion, mental health, or social support contexts are especially welcome.

At the core of NeuroAI lies the understanding that many neurodivergent young people disengage from activities not because of a lack of motivation, but because of poorly designed learning environments—unclear instructions, unpredictable structure, sensory overload, or excessive social complexity. The project supports youth workers in shifting away from deficit-based approaches toward inclusive, design-oriented practice.

The mobility will be 8-days training course which will be held in Bansko, Bulgaria - a mountain resort with beautiful surroundings. If you think your organization would be interested in taking part in this project, send us your PIF and tell us your organization's needs (shortly, to be able to adapt the structure to be based on your real needs).

Thank you and we hope to create a beautiful project which makes Impact!
