NEETempowerment

The project aims to improve training
pathways for NEETs integrating existing
methodologies used in the artistic sector.
Specifically, creating courses to develop
the soft skills required by the labour market
and to make care for the participants
central.

Different training practices will be
designed and experienced, with the aim of
testing them and creating at least one
training course for NEETs.

The developed path then will be spread and
replicated in different countries.

Each partner will have to design a training
path to be proposed to the selected
participants in the project. The paths will be
characterized by different artistic
disciplines related to the partner’s
specificity.
