Needs planning experience - Tc for youth workers

NGOs are a set of people and resources structured in activities, functions and tasks in order to achieve one or more objectives of social solidarity.

Planning must be understood as a 'human act', revealing the intention of what guides one's movement in reality in order to rationally construct a meaningful perspective.

A project (assuming that it is drawn up following a choral reflection on what the target group really needs and wants to build) is a sort of reaction to stagnation, resignation, routine and the risk of banalisation of services.

In order to do this, it seems important to have clear ideas, to 'map out' a way forward, an educational path, to possess the right resources and thus embark on this TC adventure that is both educational and networking.

This project aim si to:

1. acquire and increase knowledge/skills in the field of social planning among association youth workers and volunteers;

2. understand the needs of the communities and respond to them;

3. To better know and recognise our identity in the youth sector that meets the communities.

We are looking for experienced and reliable partners, ready to collaborate in the whole process.

Mutual partnership will have priority.
