This Youth Exchange is for older youth who will transition from youth participants to youth workers. It will provide a reflective space to understand their need
This is for older youth who are soon ready to move from youth participants to youth facilitators. It provides a space to contemplate the youth work they have been involved with. To Evaluate its effectiveness and to design new projects to build gaps they identify.
Young people will build their own skills and knowledge and values to integrate their experiences with theory and practice and be able to give back to the youth coming after them with increased capacity.
The will focus on environmental education and awareness, refugees and emotional intelligence. as three of the broader themes. Each of which will have its own sub themes.
