Natu(r)ally Volunteers!

2 volunteers wanted - period of 9 months, 1/10/17-30/06/'18, project about the promotion of intercultural dialogue through new media and technologies.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
Intercultural Youth Studio is a Ukranian NGO that includes two youth associations: Nashe Podilia and Pangeya Ultima, both working in youth international mobilities and non formal education.

PROJECT ENVIRONMENT
The project is intended to involve fully the volunteers in the local projects, through the use of media, artistic performances and theatre to promote intercultural dialogue, youth education, orientation and motivation. All the activities are usually spread on the Youtube channel, on local radio and newspapers, on websites and FB pages.

EVS – VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for young people interested in new and creative use of technology and social media, willing to use them as tools to promote social change.

Learning opportunities for the volunteer:
- getting to know the different aspects (organization,…) of youth work in Ukraine
- learning how to work in a team
- learning how to work with youth groups and how to prepare activities/workshops
- getting to know himself/herself better and increasing self-confidence
- respect for (inter)cultural diversity and different people: nothing is what it seems

Role of the volunteer:
- increasing the interculturality in the organization
- giving new impulses and ideas
- supporting the daily activities
