Move Together: Sports and Inclusion for Youth Empowerment is a youth exchange designed to harness the power of sports, cooperative games, and physical activities as educational tools to promote social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, group cohesion, and personal development among young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities (economic, geographic, social).

Sport here acts as a universal language to break down barriers, build empathy, and strengthen cooperation between youth.

The project aims to:

- Train youth workers in using sports and games as non-formal methods to enhance youth inclusion and participation.

- Create an intercultural exchange space for sharing tools, practices, and experiences related to sport and inclusion.

- Promote values of equality, respect, tolerance, and cooperation, highlighting sport’s role in combating exclusion.

- Develop participants’ skills in inclusive facilitation, cooperative game methodologies, and organizing accessible sports activities.

- Encourage participants to design and implement local projects leveraging sport as a driver for inclusion after the training.

Expected results include:

- Concrete pedagogical skills for running inclusive sports activities.

- A co-created good practices guide or educational toolkit.

- New Erasmus+ partnerships among participating organizations.

- Increased capacity of organizations to engage youth with fewer opportunities.

- Ideas and project plans to replicate locally.
