board game designed to strengthen entrepreneurial competences and financial literacy among young people aged 16–25.
Money Mastery is an innovative educational initiative that develops and tests a modular board game designed to strengthen entrepreneurial competences and financial literacy among young people aged 16–25.
The project responds to the increasing need for practical, experience-based learning tools that equip young people with essential life skills such as budgeting, business planning, risk assessment and investment decision-making.
The final result is a structured board game composed of three progressive modules:
• Module 1 – Financial Literacy: Players learn budgeting, saving, and managing unexpected expenses while simulating income generation through side activities.
• Module 2 – Entrepreneurship: Participants manage a small business, make strategic decisions, cover operational costs and aim for profitability and sustainable growth.
• Module 3 – Investments and Financial Markets: Players explore investment options, assess risks and returns, and make informed financial decisions to achieve long-term financial stability.
Through interactive gameplay and structured reflection sessions, the project enhances:
Financial literacy
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
