Mixed pizza
A common bond is established between the four countries. They draw a slice of a giant pizza depicting their country's values, food, music, etc.
Imagine a vast world. We divide this world into as many sections as there are countries. Each country creates paintings depicting its own country, music, food, traditions, and values, using whatever technique it chooses.
