Mind The Gap Youth Exchange

We are looking for 5 French participants to join us in the Youth Exchange Mind The Gap. The main objectives of this project is to raise awareness about LGBTQ Rights and empower young people to act as advocates of greater gender equality in their communities. During the YE, participants will create different kinds of communication material on the Topic that will be tested and disseminated during the Salento Rainbow Film Festival. Participants will participate in the Salento Rainbow Film Fest, which is an open project, made of human relationships, reflection and towards social respect, aimed for a greater inclusion of the different realities and cultures, through several languages and is suitable for all audiences: a space where diversity is not synonymous with danger but on the contrary with mutual enrichment!
