​About the Project:
"Mind in Motion" is an upcoming Youth Exchange focused on the concept of active rest. We want to address youth mental fatigue and academic stress by promoting regular, non-competitive physical activity as a tool for mental well-being, emotional regulation, and digital detox.
​Participant Profile:
​Participants per country: 5 participants + 1 Team Leader (Total: 6 per group).
​Age group: Youth born in 2009, 2010, and 2011 (15–18 years old).
​Gender Balance: Mixed groups with priority representation of young women (aiming for at least 60% female participation).
​Key Activities Include:
​Non-Formal Education (NFE) workshops on habits, sleep hygiene, and mental health.
​Beach scavenger hunt, outdoor mountain hike, and cooperative adapted sports.
​Daily reflection, Youthpass processing, and Intercultural Cultural Nights.
​Call Status & Partner Collaboration:
​Status: Draft stage / Pending final completion.
We are actively seeking motivated partner organisations to collaborate on refining the final project application, building the timetable together, and selecting participants.
