Mental well being for entrepreneurs

The objective is to create an ecological environment—personal, relational, social, and professional—that enables entrepreneurs to grow their business sustainably over the long term while preserving their mental health. The ecological environment is rooted in the idea of interconnectedness, where all these dimensions support each other to ensure sustainable personal and professional development, which is essential, especially in the case of entrepreneurs who must manage both their businesses and personal well-being.

The project also seeks to assist organizations supporting entrepreneurs in effectively and sustainably integrating well-being and mental health as a core component of entrepreneurship support, giving it equal importance to technical skill development rather than treating it as a secondary consideration.
The project is based on a training and coaching program that aims to :
create a long-term and sustainable change in the way entrepreneurs manage their mental health and well-being while running their business
help institutions that promote entrepreneurship to incorporate this dimension (of mental health and well being) into the support provided to entrepreneurs
