MEETING OF LANGUAGES

The aim of our Project is to encourage the learning of foreign language and multilingualism; the project will be carried out with the youth branches and the youth employees with the aim of increasing the capabilities of youngs in terms of language learning and multilingualism.
Project Preparation Activities;
1.Creating of online talk groups
2.Creating of voice message board –TALKBACK
3.Penpalls
4.online notebook
5. Preparetion of tabloid magazine
3.1. +4 dictionary: the youngs will prepare a dictionary in English but also with the words which are used commonly in their own languages.
3.2. E-project book: an e book will be created which includes the letters, daily conversations, tabloid magazine including culturel events and this e book will be put on the websites of the organizations.
3.3.Creating of project notebook; the memories and the activities of the project will be noted down on that notebook by each participant and this notebook will be used in the evaluation of the project.

DESCRIPTION:
Necessity of learning and speaking a foreign language stated both at Erasmus+ and Council of Europe makes something compulsary for each invidual to learn a foreign language also with the recent conditions while the globalism challenges us with some required communication tecniques. We want to make youngs to gain required skills for a foreign language for a good communication internationally in accordance with the CEFR (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) ,other knowledge and skills and digital sufficieny of them attending both formal amd in-formal education.
In that period we aim to gain various properties to the young some of which are learning of the structure of a foreign language, gaining the language skills, getting to know the culturel elements of the target language, how it is used in different social societies with combining of its use of social life.

The aim of our project is the same with the aim of the Erasmus+ programme which encourages the learning of a foreign language and multilingualism. Because our project’s aim is parallel with the aims learning of a foreign language with flexibla learning methods, encouragement of multilingualism, entrepreneurship, encouragement of national and international cooperation, increasing of skills and qualifications and the dissemination of these skills and qualificaions to the other youngs. Furthermore, Erasmus + programme suggests that multilingualism has the utmost importance for the EU Project mentality and not having sufficient qualifications in terms of having and speaking a foreign language is one of the obstacles for participating in Europe education and youth programmes.
A part from that our project promotes the fields of employment, education, social inclusion, research and development and climate –energy which are the 5 topics of smart ,sustainable and inclusive priorities of 2020 strategies. Foreing languages has a vital role among other qualifications in terms of individuals’ having far more qulifications while they are being employed and catching the opportunities. EU aims for every individual to have the opportunity of acquaring at least 2 foreign languages from the very early ages. Morover at the end of the project a youthpass certificate will be delivered to the participants as a proof of qualifications gained.

Morover , the necessity of acquiring a foreign language is also stated at CEFR and in terms of that; Council of Europe created the programme of The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages between the goverments and carried out a forum in 2007 of which the topic is “developing of language politics”

In today’s conditions it becomes a must for every individual to learn a foreign language. The communication methods make it possible for us to follow what’s going around immediately. That makes us to learn and speak the most commen communication foreign languages to be able to follow the world. This acquiring of another language is not just limited with the learning of the grammatical rules of a language but also the youngs need to do and see the other countries since the langeage means culture; and cultures have to be observed while acquiring the foreign language.

We will have the chance a better understanding of foreign languages and acquisition of them with the coopration with our partners during the project process. While the necessary qualifications for language acquisition increases; the qualifications of digital competence will also increase at youngs. Shortly we will provide solutions for unemployment, prejudges, problems at communications, insufficient knowledge and skills which stem from lack of sufficient language skills of individuals.
