Media Diversity

We are looking for the partners who would like to participate in Erasmus + project which goal will be to organize a meeting of youth workers/teachers/animators from few European countries.

The main aim of the project is to discuss and explore possibilities of using digital art and new media in working with youth, especially so they can express themselves, communicate, and promote diversity, open minded attitude, peace and acceptance.

We would like to focus on the following challenges:
- How to encourage young people (especially from rural areas) to get engaged in activities based on digital art and covering often uncomfortable in their local society subjects, like: diversity, minority, tolerance?
- What possibilities gives using photography, video, and sound in promoting tolerance, acceptance, and peace?

What will we do?
Participants will visit three organizations working with youth in Poland.
We will exchange our experiences to emphasize the urgent challenges, and put together the best practices.
We will make a plan of the project which we can next organize together with our youth.
We will create short movie promoting the project and the usage of media art in working with youth in general.

Number of participants: 25-30 (maximum 3 participants from each country)
