Make your hobby your job

Project titled »Make your hobby your job« combines aspirations for personal and professional growth of individuals. Statistically speaking we spend 1/3 of our lives working. Research show that there’s a high percentage of employees (around 80 %) that don’t like what they do, which is causing them stress and unsatisfaction in their personal lives. The aim of the project is, for individuals to recognize their informal competences and share them among other participants – to exchange their knowledge and skills among participants. Once realizing what one competences are, we will develop business plans and explore possibilities for employment.
Result of the exchange:
-to improve social, language skills of the participants
-to empower participants with the knowledge about the importance of informal skills and competences
-get participants familiar with possibilities of starting a business
