Idea
The idea of the project is to arrange the exchange between the youth studying in the final class of the secondary school/gymnasium and graduates of university. The main purpose of this project is to disclose the key criteria for the career planning and to prepare the participants in regard to making career decision in the future.

Objectives
• To strengthen the participants' motivation in achieving their future goals and to develop self-confidence in planning their career;
• To prepare the participants for the future job search: to reveal their strengths, to help to set their goals, to introduce the variety of professions and to present the needs of the labor market;
• To help the participants to create their career plans;
• To develop public speaking skills of the participants.

Participants
We are looking for participants aged 18-24 who are not sure about their future profession or their future career way.

Profile of participants
• The participants shall be the students of the final class of the last secondary school or graduates of university;
• They shall have a good level of English;
• The group leaders or participants shall have experience and competences relevant to the topic of the project;
• The priority will be given to the participants with fewer opportunities or for the participants from the small towns.
The size of group shall be 30 participants, which means 6 persons from each country (5+1 group leader).

Expectations from partners
We expect that the partners will respond to the provided questions in the project proposal filling in the application form. We also expect from the participants an active collaboration during the whole project.
