GRAND PRIX - € 500 cash prize
I. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Package price - ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND ENTRANCE IN THE PARK "Mirabilandia"
318 € - FOR CHILD /up to 16 years old/
338 € - FOR ADULT PERSON
This sum is per persons and includes:
- 7 nights staying hotel with 3 times feeding at day / breakfast, lunch and dinner/ in Rimini; rooms with 3 or 4 beds and private WC and bathroom.
- Entry fee for Amusement park “MIRABILANDIA” for two consecutive days;
*for groups consisting of more than 25 persons - 26-st /leader/ will be accommodated free of charge and the 22-nd and 23-th persons with prices for children up to 16 years old;
* Those, which are turned 16 years until the beginning of the festival /born before 23.06.2000/, are considered adults.
2.COMPETITION FEES:
Soloists – 60 EURO per person
Small formations: duet – 60 Euro, trio – 75 Euro
Formations / 4 -8 persons/ - 100 Euro per formation
Formations /9 -13 persons / - 140 Euro per formation
Formations more than 13 persons – 10 Euro per person
3.EXTRA PAYMENT:
Single room: 25 EURO per room per day;
Double room: 18 EURO per room per day;
Extra night: 38 EURO per person per day full board

5.PAYMENT DEADLINES:
20 % of the calculated sum – till 30.III.2016
20 % of the calculated sum– till 30.IV.2016
60% of the calculated sum / the residue of the sum/ – till 24.V.2016
NB: The advance payment of 40% of the total serves like a reservation in the hotels and it is not subject to refund in case participant fails to appear at the festival, owing to circumstances beyond organizers’ control.
II. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1.IN THE FESTIVAL CAN TAKE PART YOUNG TALENTS from 5 to 21 years old.
2.The participants have 2 performances with duration:
- up to 3:40 minutes each for the vocal formations and soloists
- up to 5 minutes for the rest.
*In case of performances, exceeding the up-mentioned duration, the Jury will cease the performance.
3.COMPETITION CATEGORIES:
- Vocal soloists and vocal groups - folklore and pop;
- Dance groups (contemporary, classical ballet, folklore, stylized dance, break, hip hop);
- Majorettes (baton and pompon);
- Brass orkestras- children’s, youth and student;
-Choirs - children’s, youth and student.
4.AGE CATEGORIES:
Soloists:
I-st age group: up to 10 years old;
II-nd age group: from 11 to 13 years old;
III-th age group: from 14 to 16 years old;
IV-th age group: from 17 to 21 years old;
Vocal and dance groups:
I-st age group: up to 13 years old;
II-nd age group: from 14 to 18 years old;
III-th age group: from 19 to 21 years old;
5.APPLICATION FORMS
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION – 30 MARCH 2016
*After this date applications will be accepted only at the discretion of the organizers
THE APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL, INCLUDING:
- Correctly filled application form;
- Audio and video materials, demonstrating the artistic level of the candidates;
- Brief artistic biography +2 photos;
- 30 days before the start of the festival should be sent the instrumentals and / or musical accompaniments of performances

III.TRANSPORT
Every participant should take care of the transport to the places of accommodation and back, to places of festival activities / parades, concerts and others/ and back.
IV.PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL - will be defined ultimately
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program owing to circumstances beyond his control.
V.GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A fully-filled application is obligatory for the participation in the Festival.
2. Detailed list with the dates of birth and the passport data of the participants and the accompanying persons should be sent not later than 20 days before the beginning of the Festival.
3. Leaders of delegations are responsible for the life, the health and the behavior of the members of delegations during their stay in Italy, and also for the costumes, stage properties and the belongings. Participants and accompanying persons must to have Health insurance
4. The participants must sign a Declaration which they grant the rights on the AUDIO and VIDEO recordings for the aims of the festival with.
5. The members of the Jury and the organizers reserve the right to judge who will participate in GALA concert and what kind of performances will be presented.
