he goal of the project is to exchange excisting activities created by eacht partner organisation and get some more insight in the used working methods. Those new experiences and this new knowledge will be used to develop new activities together.

The main objectives are :
- BRING YOUNGSTER TOGETHER AND GIVE THEM MORE INSIGHT IN EACH OTHERS ORGANISATION AND THEIR ACTIVITIES
The project will focus on the intercultural exchange of activities. The youngsters will bring activities by themself that are typical for their organisation and that are based on their own interests and talents. By taking those activities as a starting point, we create an easily accessible way of interaction that will give the participation the opportunity to take interests in each others culturs, organisations and individual personsalities.

- DEVELOP NEW ACTIVITIES INSPIRED ON THE SHOWN METHODS
The youngsters will work together to create their own activities based on their experiences they gained throughout the week. By working together they in mixed intercultural groups they will have to expand their own way of working and thinking and create a common frame of mind.

- ENHANCE THE DIFFERENT COMPETENCES OF EACH YOUNGSTER
By participating in the project each youngster will be enhancing their knowledge, their attitude and their skills that are related to (intercultural) communication, creative thinking, teamwork, initiative and human awareness. By putting a focus on reflection and evaluation (on invididual and group level) they will get more insight in their own personalities and the position/role they take on in a group.

- TO STRENGTHEN EACH ORGANISATION AND CREATE A LONG-TERM IMPACT ON THEIR DAILY OPERATION
Each organisation will bring the newly acquired activities and learned methods into their own organisation. Besides that the youngsters will also bring their new insights and wider perspectives back home to incorporate them in their organisation. The goal of each partner is to inspire youngsters of their own organisation that didn’t participate in the project, by bringing them in contact with the new methods. By creating and disseminating an online publication explaining the new activities and learning outcomes we reach a larger publicat and inspire multiple European youth organisations.

Those objectives can be incorporated under the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme. The project allows each person and organisation to express themselves on their own way by using their own kind of activities (Multilingualism) and focusses on the individual competences and will recognize them in the end by using the YouthPass (Recognition and validation of skills and qualifications), the creation of a free online publication and the use of new activities within each organisation (dissemination and exploitation of project results & Open access requirement for educational materials produced).

The project wants to strengthen all participants and partner organisations by providing them of tools that will help them to fulfill their duties as a youth organisation by bringing a useful completion of leisure for their youngsters.
