Education systems across Europe and beyond are facing a major challenge: while society is rapidly becoming digital, teaching methods in many schools and institutions remain traditional and disconnected from the reality of today’s learners. Many educators, especially those aged 40+, did not receive digital or innovative pedagogy training during their formal education and therefore lack confidence in using modern digital tools and interactive methodologies.

As a result, students often feel less motivated and engaged, particularly in remote and hybrid education settings. Through consultations with educators from partner countries, we identified a strong need for practical training in digital tools, innovative teaching methods, and learner-centred approaches.

This project will bring together educators aged 25+ working in schools, universities, and educational institutions and equip them with modern digital competences and innovative teaching methodologies. The training will support them in creating more interactive, creative, and digitised classrooms, leading to higher student motivation and better learning outcomes.
