Looking for organisations interested in improving EU project collaboration workflows

Hello everyone,

Over the past months, I have been developing ProjectAdvisoryAI — a structured workspace designed to help organisations and project teams collaborate more effectively on Erasmus+ and other EU-funded projects.

The idea behind the platform is simple:

Many projects start with good intentions, but after approval, coordination often becomes fragmented across emails, Excel files, documents, and multiple communication channels.

We are currently testing a more structured approach to:

- consortium collaboration,
- project coordination,
- task and deliverable management,
- operational project workflows,
- and AI-assisted project structuring.

The platform is NOT intended to replace partnerships or human collaboration.
Its purpose is to support organisations in managing complex collaborative projects more clearly and efficiently.

We are currently looking for a small number of organisations interested in:

- testing the platform in real project environments,
- providing feedback,
- and helping shape tools that better reflect how collaborative EU projects actually operate.

Pilot access is completely free during the testing phase.
