Looking for Host Partner to a Structured KA210 Project (Round 2)

The REConnect project aims to strengthen the competencies of professionals working with young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) in Europe and Turkey, in order to facilitate their social and professional inclusion. The project addresses issues such as lack of motivation, economic independence, and social exclusion faced by NEET youth, while providing youth workers, mentors, and trainers with innovative tools and methods for early outreach, motivation management, and sustaining engagement. Activities include needs assessment, developing a joint methodology, modular training programs, practical workshops, and pilot projects with NEET youth, with experiences and results disseminated through social media and open-access resources. As a result, the project will improve the skills and confidence of youth workers, increase NEET youth participation and retention, and strengthen sustainable cooperation among relevant institutions.
