Looking for host organization

We are living in a time of great uncertainty, however we are all doing our best and staying positive for a better day. During 2022 we will host a youth exchange in France, so now we are looking for new youth exchanges somewhere else in Europe to let our youngster to travel and know new places and cultures for 2022.

Our youngsters would like to work on the following TOPICS :
- European citizenship
- Arts and culture
- Sport
- Photography
- Sustainable development
- Social media & communication

DEADLINE APPLICATION : we would like to submit a project for the next Erasmus + call for proposal (October 2021). So, the deadline for the application is end of August.

PROJECT DURATION : from 5 to 10 days (without travelling days) according to hosting organization.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS : according to hosting organization.

OUR ORGANIZATION : we speak English, French, and Italian. We have experiences in partnership building, communication with partners, management and administrative procedures.

We are ready to take part in all stages of the project – planning, defining roles and responsibilities of project partners, meetings, preparation, logistics, analysis, dissemination. We can contribute to the project application and project proposal writing. We are also able to help with visual materials (logo, website, social media pages etc.).

As a sending partner (KA1) in our activity we pay attention to :
• Visibility of the project (promotion from the very first time through social media, website, newsletters)
• Selection of suitable participant (care about the gender balance, participation youth with disadvantaged backgrounds and fewer opportunities)
• Informing, preparing and supporting participants (practical arrangements, travel plans, pre-departure meeting, keeping contact and support)
• Follow-up activities (social media and local activities, increasing the visibility of the project, feedbacks and follow-up)

Moreover, our youth workers and activity leaders have national and international degrees in non-formal learning and they are well skilled.
