Looking for an experienced EU partner to co-create and write a new project proposal

We are “Kholoud Association for Youth Activities”, a registered Algerian youth NGO active in community development, civic engagement, and environmental awareness.

We are currently exploring project ideas under EU funding opportunities (such as EuropeAid or Erasmus+). However, we lack the technical experience in writing EU proposals, especially under complex calls.

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced European organization to collaborate with us by:

Leading the proposal development and writing

Identifying the most relevant EU call for our context

Acting as project coordinator or co-applicant

Our role will be:

Implementing activities on the ground in Algeria

Mobilizing local stakeholders and beneficiaries

Ensuring sustainability and impact

We are open to building a long-term partnership based on trust, transparency, and shared values.
