Looking for a project Manager

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of local and international projects, with a particular focus on youth, education, volunteering, mobility, and European programmes.
This is a senior coordination role for an experienced professional who can independently manage projects from the initial concept and application stage through implementation, financial and administrative coordination, reporting, evaluation, and follow-up.
You will collaborate closely with international partners, participants, trainers, volunteers, stakeholders, funding bodies, and the organization's internal team to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in accordance with their objectives, budgets, timelines, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
The position can be part-time or full-time and offers the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with presence in Kozani when required.
