Ka210-Adu project:Develop digital skills based on the DigComp 2.1 framework,new teaching and learning methods
PROJECT PURPOSE
The project aims to achieve three main objectives:
1) Improve the quality of work of 15 adult education personnel in designing inclusive education and providing digital social applications;
2) Ensure the digital social inclusion of 60 adults by developing their digital skills through social inclusion initiatives;
3) Build the capacity of 12 adult organizations to work transnationally and ensure social inclusion by integrating digital applications and ICT-based methods into their activities with adults.
TARGET GROUPS: Main target groups with whom results will be shared:
-HG1: Social educators and adult education personnel
-HG2: Relevant community stakeholders (Social services, educational institutions, associations supporting social inclusion)
-HG3: Adults with low digital skills and vulnerable social groups
PROJECT RESULTS AND OUTPUTS
-A teaching toolkit for adult education personnel focusing on digital social inclusion
-A training course on digital competence development and assessment
-Increasing the capacity of 12 adult organizations to work transnationally and ensure social inclusion
-A European network of adult education organizations
-Validated tools and methods for introducing ICT in adult education
-Development of digital skills and competences for 15 adult education personnel and 60 adult learners
ACTIVITIES The project will implement the following key activities:
1. Project management, coordination, and visibility
2. Target group participation
3. Quality assurance and evaluation
4. Development of a teaching toolkit for adult education personnel
5. Training course on the development and assessment of digital competences
6. Stakeholder roundtables
7. Development of a training course for adult educators
8. Local workshops on pilot results
9. Three transnational project meetings (start, mid-project, close)
