Look beyond the boundaries: Refugees and Human Rights

The crisis of immigration is the issue which is very keen to whole European society and it touches each of us. It creates a new picture and demands which needs to be responded. This training course is aimed to get closer to this topic. With participant youth workers we will study together an immigration as a process which has influence on us, as a result, as a challenge and as a problem. We have objectives to answer the questions about personal responsibilities as well as national about the problem Europe has faced today. To avoid supplement misunderstanding or conflicts between society and social groups, youth workers and leaders need to know how to act and how to answer the new questions and challenges. The topic proposed by this TC is very actual and requisite. Despite our wish, we can't avoid the events that happen around us.

According all these the objectives of the project are:

- To analyze the conditions and reasons of migrations to Europe with a non-formal learning;
- To identify the main problems and needs of migrants;
- To understand the possible dangers and negative influences of migration to Europe;
- To understand the ways of support to migrants by these necessities;
- To enforce the skills of youth workers to deal with the topic by practice the problem in live on Lampedusa;
- To improve youth workers and leaders abilities in developing a learning activity
- To produce the youth workers active relationships and networking with each other.
